How to transfer money to an IBAN account?
IBAN is an international standard for bank account numbering. It encodes all the information needed to transfer money from abroad or within the country. To send money to Ukraine to IBAN, you only need to find out this number from the recipient. You may also need information about the recipient's bank SWIFT/BIC and, of course, the addressee's full name.
What is the money transfer fee?
The Ria commission depends on the money corridor (sending and receiving countries) and directly on the amount of the transfer. Depending on these factors, it can be 1-3.5%. No fees are charged to the recipient. The commission is paid exclusively by the sender during the online money transfer application.
At the same time, in March 2022, the Ria Money Transfer operator canceled the commission for international money transfers to Ukraine. How long does a money transfer take?
Funds sent through the Ria Money Transfer system become available for collection, as a rule, within 10 minutes (in some cases, the procedure can take up to 30 minutes). In turn, you can withdraw money from a bank branch within 25 days. If the recipient does not receive the funds within this period, they must be returned to the sender.
How to track a money transfer through the Ria?
In order to track a Ria money transfer, it is enough to know its control number, which is assigned immediately after sending the money transfer. To do this, you can use the corresponding function in the main menu on the Ria Money Transfer website or in the Ria mobile application.
